Remote Data Backup Solutions

Traditionally tape backup solutions have been employed by most businesses to backup their business critical data, but our Datasafe product has a number of advantages over tape solutions.

  • Firstly your data is sent over a secure internet connection to two secure data centres outside the perimeter of the M25 providing full resiliency against any threat to either location.
  • The easy to use software allows you to create a number of backup sets including File Backups, Microsoft Exchange (message level retrieval) and SQL Server backup sets.
  • If you lose any data you can restore a file or folder in a matter of seconds through an easy to use application installed on your server/workstation.
  • The software is fully automated so once you have set a schedule the Remote Data Backup will run without the need for intervention by one of your staff.
  • Tribeca Datasafe removes the need for expensive backup software, tapes and tape streamers.
  • Email notifications of completed backups sent to you daily.

How it works

Tribeca Datasafe works via an application installed on your server. Through the Datasafe Manager application you can easily create automatic data backup sets that include all of your business critical data, emails etc... A schedule is then set for each backup set. The Datasafe Manager then encrypts the data using an encryption key of your choice. The Datasafe Manager then communicates with our Datasafe Servers via a secure connection across the internet.
