Let’s get straight to it: this is a pure new business sales position. Once the contract is signed, you’ll be handing over to our capable account managers and will be freed up to chase your next signature. You will be making calls to setup your own meetings and manage your own schedule. Our projects and sales team in the UK will support you – but the reality is that you will be self-sufficient and confident in taking meetings solo.
You’ll target hedge funds, alternate investment and private equity firms in Dublin and the aim is to meet with their IT Managers, IT Directors, CTOs, CFOs and CEOs to understand their current IT setup and sell our managed IT services to them.
We are seeking somebody with a strong track history of hunter type sales positions. Strong communication over the phone and email is clearly key, and you need to be adept at presenting and hosting meetings. We have a comprehensive induction plan, so we will make sure you have the knowledge, support and resources to succeed with us from your first day.
You'll be working out of our modern WeWork space, a short walk from St Stephen's Green, and making regular visits to prospect offices. In the building, there are social areas to eat and take breaks in including table tennis, books and board games. The community in the building is warm and friendly, and there are weekly events and happy hours run by visitors and other businesses in the building. There is one engineer on the team in Dublin that will show you around and get you on-boarded to Tribeca, and you will be able to reach out to the UK head office and other locations through Skype too. We anticipate growth (that’s where you come in) where we will grow the office and team.
