The 2018 Swale Employer of the year is looking for a telesales executive to join it's lively, global sales team. That's us, if you didn't get that.
The role is about filling up our field sales consultants calendars up with meetings. You will be calling our target client list; hedge funds, alternate investment and private equity firms, with a goal to qualify them as a lead, and book a meeting. There is no pre-existing relationship with the people you call, though they may have heard of us through our marketing activities. As part of your role you will also become the CRM Database Manager ensuring that all data is up to date as well as organising gifts to be sent to potential clients.
We are seeking somebody with experience of inbound or outbound telesales and you need to be happy to carry out 60+ calls a day as well as handling objections.
If you seek career development, you will have exposure to the global sales and marketing function, through the team meetings you’ll be attending, as well as being able to give you the opportunity to shadow the field sales team. However, the role is a telesales one, and we will need to see a track record of a few years first.
The office you will be based at our head office in Borden, a village between Sittingbourne and Maidstone, in Kent. We are easily accessible from the M2 and based suitably far away from the Sittingbourne rush hour traffic – making your commute easier.
